What I learned in ETT510 today. Well, I learned how to create this blog! One of the comments I made in class is that a blog (or wiki) could be used as a simple knowledge sharing system in companies which do not already have one. Sometimes it takes a “product champion” to get the ball rolling; someone who completes a “proof of concept” afterwhich everyone says “yeah, I thought of doing that too.”

For some time I have been toying with the idea of using a blog as a means of distributing a “question of the day” related to programming in the mainframe world. Maybe there a geek out there who will enjoy it!
